I offer a FREE 30 minute appointment, to enable you to meet me and see how it might feel to work together. We can consider if counselling can help you and if I am the right counsellor or supervisor for you.

Standard Rate
is £55 per hour, with £50 for those on low incomes, you can decide what you feel is appropriate. £60
corporate rate.
Usually sessions last 60 minutes, at the same day and time each week but this is flexible.
Couples Rate
is £65 per hour. £80 for 1.5 hours.
EMDR Rate- £65 per hour, £80 for 1.5 hours.
Supervision Rate standard rate is £55 per hour, £50 for those on low income. £60
per hour corporate rate.
How many Sessions?
How long we work together often depends on what you bring to the sessions and the depth you want to explore.
It is usually helpful to work for an agreed number of sessions e.g. 3 or 6,
followed by a review to ensure that you are getting what you want from the sessions.
